Playing safe on CYL88: limits, bonus maths and when to stop

Set limits before you open CYL88

  • A money limit. Treat it as the price of an evening out, money that is already spent. Never use money meant for rent, bills, food or debts.

Several CYL88 daily bonuses can only be claimed when your wallet is below RM0.10. An empty wallet is the moment to stop, not the moment to reload for a bonus.

Warning signs

  • You spend more, or play longer, than you planned.
  • You deposit again to win back what you lost.
  • You borrow, sell things or skip bills to keep playing.
  • You hide how much you play from the people close to you.
  • You feel restless or irritable when you are not playing.
  • Work, study, sleep or family time are slipping.

One of these is a reason to pause. Two or more is a reason to stop and talk to someone.

How to step back

  1. Take a break today. Log out from Setting, delete the bookmark, uninstall the app.
  2. Tell someone you trust how much you have been playing. Saying it out loud helps.
  3. Ask CYL88's live chat to limit or close your account, and keep a screenshot of the reply.
  4. Block it on your phone. Most phones have screen-time and content settings that can block sites and apps.
  5. Get help. A doctor or counsellor can help with gambling the same way they help with any habit that has got out of hand.

Protect your money and account

  • Nobody genuine needs your password or SMS code. Not support, not an agent, not a friend.
  • Ignore anyone promising sure wins, game "hacks" or predictions for a fee.
  • Never pay a fee to "unlock" a withdrawal through a private chat.
